Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to revenue, profitability, and other critical financial indicators.

- Conduct business case analyses for projects and strategic initiatives to support informed decision-making.

- Support pricing reviews and revisions through data analysis and market insights.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales, financial, and operational dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and support management decisions.

- Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Create, maintain, and manage Project Management System (PMS) documentation to ensure business information is accurate, structured, and readily accessible.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven insights.

- Prepare and present weekly, monthly,



and ad hoc business performance reports to management and other key stakeholders.

- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

- Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting to support operational, strategic, and business process requirements as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Minimum three to five years of proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualification:

- Preferably postgraduate or B.Com; semi-qualified CMA/CWA candidates may also be considered.

- A professional management programme such as Data Analytics or Power BI is desirable.
