Profile Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the organizations financial operations, accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, statutory compliance, and internal financial controls. The role will ensure accurate financial records, timely MIS and management reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

The Finance

Controller will also coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and the Accounts team while providing financial insights and support to management for informed decision-making.

Job Responsibility

- Manage financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls.
- Review MIS, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and expenses.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and stakeholders.
- Review reconciliations, payroll, and financial records.




- Identify risks, control gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support audits, budgeting, and management decisions.
- Guide accounting staff or outsourced finance teams.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

Min. Education:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
