Finance & Accounting Manager / Senior Associate – US Accounting Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru Experience: 3–8 Years Openings: 3 CTC: ₹8–18 LPA Work Mode: Work From Office Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day and month-end accounting for US clients. Handle AP/AR, bank & balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support US payroll/compliance activities.

Handle complete month-end close and review accounting work at Manager level. Communicate directly with US clients and finance teams. Support FP&A;, process improvements and accounting automation.

Required

SkillsStrong experience in US Accounting / US GAAP . Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage or Xero . Good knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations and month-end closing.

Strong

Excel and good English communication skills. B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / CA / CPA preferred.
