Role Description The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing AWG machines at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

The Field Services

Engineer will provide on-site technical support, explain system operations to customers, and document service activities in line with company processes. Collaboration with internal engineering and customer service teams to escalate complex issues, suggest product improvements,



and support continuous service quality is also an significant part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Service experience, including on-site installation and commissioning of technical equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, or system-level issues.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance capabilities, including routine inspections, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide user training.
- Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical education.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and maintain accurate service records.
- Comfort with using mobile or digital tools for reporting, documentation, and remote collaboration.
- Prior experience with water treatment, HVAC, or similar systems is an advantage, along with a commitment to safety and sustainability.
