Geeks Analytics is looking for a Field Sales Specialist (EdTech) to drive our offline sales and promotional activities and help us expand our presence among students, professionals, institutions, and organizations.

Work Location: Delhi NCRi/Mumbai/Bangalore

Office Location: Remote/Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive field sales and direct customer acquisition for Geeks Analytics programs and training solutions

• Conduct on-ground promotional activities , campaigns, seminars, workshops and events

- Generate leads through field visits, institutional outreach, networking and promotional activities

• Meet prospective students, working professionals, colleges, institutes and corporate prospects

• Present and promote our courses, certifications and learning programs

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners

• Track daily field activities, leads, conversions and sales performance

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns.





Mandatory Experience:

- Prior Field Sales experience is MANDATORY
- Promotional Field Sales / On-ground Marketing experience is MANDATORY
- 2+ years of experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Skill Development or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and face-to-face customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
- Candidates without relevant Field Sales experience will not be considered.
