Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers/dealers/contractors in the assigned territory.

- Generate leads and identify potential borrowers.

- Explain loan/finance products and eligibility criteria.

- Collect and verify KYC and other required documents.

- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.

- Conduct field verification and customer visits.

- Follow up on pending applications and documentation.

- Maintain regular relationships with dealers, contractors and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, login, disbursement and business.

- Ensure timely collection/follow-up wherever applicable.

- Maintain daily field visit reports and MIS.

- Ensure positive customer service and minimize customer complaints.

Suitable Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in NBFC, lending, banking, DSA or field sales.

- Good knowledge of local market and customer acquisition.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
