Key Responsibilities: Source current unsecured business loan customers through field visits, referrals, and channel partners Identify and approach MSMEs, traders, shop owners, and self-employed professionals Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and repayment structure Collect, verify, and submit customer documentation (KYC, bank statements, GST, ITR, etc.) Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely loan approval Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
