About THITO

THITO is a patient-centric digital healthcare platform focused on making personal health management simpler, more organised and accessible. We are expanding our presence across healthcare providers, corporates, residential communities, senior-citizen organisations and other partner networks.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Field Sales & Event Marketing Executive who enjoys meeting people, working on the ground and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clinics, hospitals, corporates, residential societies and other potential partners to introduce THITO.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Assist with THITO user registrations and explain the platform to potential users.
- Participate in health camps, exhibitions, promotional activities and corporate/community events.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, organisations and other stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospective partners and leads.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, registrations and follow-ups.
- Work towards defined sales, registration and outreach targets.




- Support local marketing and partnership-building activities.
- Occasionally work on weekends when events, camps or exhibitions are scheduled.

Who We’re Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare sales, events or marketing are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling across cities.
- Confident approaching and interacting with new people.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, WhatsApp and digital tools.

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, insurance, events, field marketing or B2B sales will be an advantage.
