Stoody is an AI-powered learning platform that helps students learn better without changing the way they learn.

Students continue using their familiar pen and paper, while Stoody uses AI to understand their written work, thinking, mistakes and learning process. This helps teachers provide more meaningful and personalized support to every student.

We are expanding across Delhi NCR and are looking for self-driven Field Sales Partners to help us bring Stoody to teachers and students.

The Role

As a Field Sales Partner, you will introduce Stoody to teachers and tutors, demonstrate the product, get them onboarded and help them bring their students onto the platform.

This is a performance-based opportunity with no limit to earning potential

What You Will Do

- Visit Tuition centres, coaching institutes and individual teachers and tutors in your assigned area
- Identify and approach teachers who can benefit from Stoody
- Introduce and demonstrate the Stoody platform
- Explain the value of Stoody to teachers
- Get teachers registered and onboarded
- Help teachers onboard their students
- Follow up with teachers to drive student adoption
- Build strong relationships with teachers
- Track leads, teacher onboarding and student onboarding
- Work towards student onboarding targets

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for people who are confident, energetic, self-motivated and hungry to earn based on their performance.

You should be





- Comfortable meeting and talking to new people
- Good at communication and convincing
- Target-oriented and persistent
- Comfortable with daily field work and travel
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable approaching new customers and handling rejection
- Equipped with a smartphone

Experience Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

- Field Sales
- EdTech or Education
- B2B Sales
- Business Development
- Customer Acquisition
- School or Teacher Sales
- Coaching or Tuition Industry

Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.

Compensation

₹500 per successfully onboarded student

Performance-based earning and no upper limit on earnings.

Based on performance, field partners can potentially earn ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month.

The more teachers and students you successfully onboard, the more you earn.

Location

South Delhi | Gurgaon | Noida

You will primarily work within your assigned local territory.
