About the Role

We are looking for a Home Visit & IPP Professional who can connect with students and parents through personalized home sessions and provide effective IPP (Initial Program Planning) . The role involves understanding students’ academic and career goals, explaining suitable study-abroad pathways, and guiding them toward the right programs and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct home visits to understand students’ profiles, goals, aspirations, and challenges.
- Deliver personalized student counselling and build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Explain relevant programs, services, admission processes, and career pathways effectively.
- Prepare and deliver IPP (Initial Program Planning) sessions based on individual student profiles.
- Guide students regarding suitable study-abroad opportunities and program options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless student journey .
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective students to support conversions and enrolments .




- Build trust with students and parents through professional and consultative communication.
- Achieve assigned counselling, conversion, and enrolment targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience in the study-abroad/overseas education sector will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for student success and career guidance .
- Comfortable conducting independent home visits .
- Ability to understand student profiles and recommend appropriate career/program pathways.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and professional.
- Willingness to travel locally for student home visits.
