3- Revisit – Existing Paytm customers/merchants have to be revisited. This involves identifying shops where the QR code is not working or where there is an issue with the sound box, such as transaction notifications not being received or voice messages not being audible. The issue has to be identified and the appropriate solution provided.
4- Loan Services – Providing or selling loans to Paytm customers/merchants.
