About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join the Coway India sales team, focusing exclusively on our premium range of Water Purifiers. In this role, you will interact directly with prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, generate local leads, and drive sales across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Field Pitching: Visit prospective residential and commercial clients to present and promote Coway's advanced water purification systems.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform live water purifier demonstrations to showcase filtration quality, technological superiority, and health benefits.
- Lead Generation: Build a strong daily pipeline through field prospecting, direct customer visits, local market activations, and referrals.




- Deal Closure: Assess customer water quality needs, recommend appropriate purifier models, handle inquiries, and close direct sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Customer Support: Maintain relationship records to generate continuous referral business and maintain brand credibility.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 0 to 3 years in Direct Sales, Field Sales, or Retail Sales (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Key Skills: High energy, persuasive communication, customer objection handling, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
