NoBelly Bier is a fast-growing alcoholic beverage brand focused on clean-brewed, better-for-you beer. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our presence across Panchkula and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit and maintain relationships with L1 distributors and L2 retail liquor outlets.
- Generate orders from existing outlets and identify opportunities to open new accounts.
- Conduct spot selling and convert outlet visits into immediate orders wherever possible.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment at retail outlets.
- Check product placement, shelf visibility, display quality and overall brand presence.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.
- Build strong relationships with outlet owners, managers and sales staff.
- Track competitor pricing, offers, product availability and market activity.
- Share daily visit reports, outlet-wise stock updates and sales performance.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, distribution and outlet-coverage targets.
- Cover Panchkula and surrounding markets through regular beat planning.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales in alcoholic beverages distribution.
- Familiarity with Panchkula’s liquor retail and distribution market will be strongly preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and spending most of the day in the market.
- Target-driven with the ability to close orders and follow up consistently.
- Must have a two-wheeler, valid driving licence and smartphone.
- Candidates must be comfortable working for an alcoholic beverage brand.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Compensation
- Up to ₹35,000 per month, inclusive of travelling and daily allowances (TA/DA).
- Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience and market knowledge.
