Role Description The Field Sales and Customer Relationship Associate will work on-site in Defence Colony, engaging directly with pet parents and local partners to grow awareness and adoption of Pawfect Chefs’ offerings. This role involves visiting prospective and existing customers, explaining products and services, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

The associate will maintain strong ongoing relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and problem resolution to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include documenting customer interactions, tracking field activities, coordinating with internal teams on orders and service delivery,



and representing the brand at local events or promotional activities. This position is intended as a full-time role, requiring consistent presence in the local market and a robust passion for pet care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Candidates should possess field sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiation, and managing post-sale support.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational and documentation skills to track visits, maintain customer records, and report on sales activities.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle customer concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
- A genuine interest in pets and pet care, along with the ability to learn product details and explain them clearly, is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in field sales, retail, or relationship management in consumer-focused sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based environment in Defence Colony, with flexibility to travel locally as required.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
