Role & responsibilities :-

- Generate leads and acquire current customers in the assigned area.

- Conduct field visits for customer verification and data collection.

- Explain company products/services and assist customers with applications.

- Collect and verify required documents as per company guidelines.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support.

- Achieve assigned business, sales, and collection targets.

- Submit daily field reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.

- Monitor customer accounts and follow up for repayments/collections when required.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

- Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of field sales, operations, microfinance, banking, financial services, or customer relationship experience may apply.

- Knowledge of the local market and geography of Visakhapatnam is preferred.
