PhysicsWallah is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive ATL & BTL marketing activities, on-ground activations, branding initiatives, and local market outreach in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
- Drive on-ground activations, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Manage events, exhibitions, and local outreach programs.
- Identify high-footfall locations for branding and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and distribution initiatives.
- Support school, college, and community outreach programs.
- Track campaign performance, leads, footfall,



and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
- Ensure smooth execution of all assigned marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, ATL/BTL Marketing, Activations, or On-ground Marketing.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Comfortable with frequent local travel.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, FMCG, Events, or similar industries will be preferred.
