Role Description The Field Marketing Representative for flexible packaging & HR Admin Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the Field Marketing Representative will visit clients and prospects, present flexible packaging solutions, gather market insights, and support sales activities to strengthen the company’s presence in target markets. The HR admin responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, managing basic HR documentation, and helping ensure compliance with internal policies.

Day-to-day tasks involve building and maintaining relationships with customers,



responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and preparing basic reports on marketing and HR activities. The role requires regular collaboration with sales, operations, and HR stakeholders to support both business growth and employee experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Field Marketing and Sales to support outreach, presentations, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service to maintain strong client partnerships and address customer needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Experience or interest in HR administration, including basic recruitment support, record-keeping, and onboarding activities, is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, manage field visits, and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and strong organizational skills are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.
