About the Role

Kurikkal Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business growth activities.

The role involves visiting potential customers, identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, promoting our products and services, and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers, businesses, dealers, and other relevant locations to generate new leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Promote Kurikkal Group's products and brands to potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, market research, and other marketing activities.
- Communicate with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for further conversion.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Conduct market visits and collect information about customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the branch and marketing team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with new people and customers.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
