1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals .

2. Conduct regular field visits to doctors and referral partners in the assigned territory.
3. Identify and onboard recent referral doctors and potential referral sources .

4. Promote the hospital's ophthalmology services, consultants, treatments and facilities to referral partners.
5. Generate and increase OPD, diagnostic and surgical patient referrals .

6. Follow up with referring doctors and ensure smooth coordination for referred patients.
7. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, health camps, and other marketing activities.
8. Maintain daily field-visit reports, lead records, follow-up details, and sales activity reports.
9. Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets within defined timelines.
10. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
