Role Overview

Gilco Global is looking for an energetic and market-oriented Field Lead Generation Executive with relevant experience in the elevator industry.

The position requires extensive field movement to identify upcoming projects, visit active construction sites, connect with decision-makers and generate qualified business opportunities for new lift installations, modernization, replacement and maintenance services.

This is a field-based lead generation role and not a desk-based telecalling position.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, commercial buildings, residential societies, hotels, hospitals and industrial projects.
- Identify upcoming and ongoing projects requiring elevators, escalators or other vertical-mobility solutions.
- Generate leads for new lift installations, modernization, replacement and AMC services.
- Meet builders, developers, architects, project managers, lift consultants, contractors, facility managers and RWAs.
- Collect complete project information, including site location, construction stage, number and type of lifts, expected timeline and decision-maker details.
- Identify buildings with ageing lifts or maintenance contracts approaching renewal.
- Introduce Gilco Global’s capabilities and secure meetings, site surveys or proposal opportunities for the sales team.




- Build professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and other market influencers.
- Undertake systematic territory mapping and maintain a database of projects within the assigned area.
- Follow up on field-generated leads through calls, emails and personal visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for meetings, site inspections and proposal submissions.
- Update daily visit reports, lead status and follow-up schedules in the prescribed CRM or reporting system.
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant market information with the management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of field lead generation, business development or sales experience in the elevator industry.
- Basic understanding of elevators, escalators, new installations, modernization and AMC services.
- Familiarity with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, facility managers and construction sites.
- Solid field orientation and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Ability to approach new sites and communicate confidently with project stakeholders.
- Good communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in smartphones,



email, spreadsheets and CRM applications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and consistent with field reporting and follow-ups.

Mobility Requirement

- A personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- The candidate must be comfortable travelling extensively across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
- Good knowledge of the local market and project locations will be preferred.

A Qualified Lead Must Include

- Customer or company name
- Project or building location
- Decision-maker’s name and verified contact details
- Nature of the lift requirement
- Number and type of lifts, wherever available
- Current project or construction stage
- Expected procurement timeline
- Existing lift brand or competitor details, if applicable
- A defined next step, such as a meeting, site survey or proposal request

- Daily productive field visits
- Number of verified and qualified leads generated
- Meetings and site surveys arranged
- Accuracy of project and decision-maker information
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Territory coverage and new account development
- Timely reporting and follow-up discipline

Education Graduate, diploma holder or technically qualified candidate in a relevant discipline. Candidates with an electrical, mechanical or civil background will have an advantage.
