We are looking for a customer-facing Field Engineer who will work closely with enterprise customers and engineering teams to implement, deploy, troubleshoot, and support AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong technical depth along with excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and customer-management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to co-work with Agentic AI model, Optimizing processes agnatically [agentic optimizing engineering]
- Work closely with customers and act as a technical representative within customer environments
- Support implementation and deployment of AI/ML solutions and ML pipelines
- Work with customer technical teams to understand requirements and identify appropriate solutions
- Gather, analyse, and translate customer requirements into technical implementations
- Support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational activities
- Work closely with ML Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and other technical teams
- Participate in multiple customer projects and engagements
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Communicate technical concepts and solution approaches to customers and business stakeholders
- Support customer-specific implementations and resolve technical issues
- Must be available for on-call support as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Agentic AI models
- Capability to optimize repetitive processes and workflows using agentic/autonomous engineering approaches
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and ML pipelines
- Exposure to ML deployment and production environments
- Understanding cloud and infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with deployment, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Experience working with enterprise/customer-facing technical implementations
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across application, ML, and infrastructure layers
Required Experience:
- Experience working on multiple projects/customer engagements
- Prior client-facing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders
Key Soft Skills:

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations as required
Travel:
