Key Responsibilities: Visit customers for outstanding payment recovery. Handle assigned collection cases and achieve recovery targets. Follow up with customers and maintain payment commitments. Maintain proper records of field visits and collection status. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Requirements: Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery/collection preferred. Male candidates required. Must have a valid 2-wheeler and driving license . Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Willing to travel across Delhi NCR. Target-oriented and professional approach. ?
