Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all F&B; operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel or resort operations, team management, guest service, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience working with reputed Hotels, Resorts, or Luxury Hospitality brands preferred.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of F&B; costing, budgeting, inventory, and revenue management.
- Ability to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B; outlets.
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B; team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.




- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and presentation.
- Monitor F&B; costs, inventory, wastage, and profitability.
- Prepare budgets, reports, and operational plans.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Develop SOPs and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, upselling, and improved service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple F&B; outlets will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from reputed luxury hotels and resorts will be preferred.

Job Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
