Hey! I’m currently looking for a Production Associate to join my fashion brand, which is launching very soon. The brand is based in India, and all of our production and manufacturing will be taking place in India.

Since we’re at the early stage of building the brand, I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the production process and help make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The role would involve coordinating closely with our manufacturers, managing production timelines and deadlines, following up on samples and bulk production, keeping track of quantities and requirements, and making sure everything is produced according to the required quality and timeline.

You would also be involved in coordinating packaging and order fulfilment — figuring out packaging requirements, coordinating with the relevant people, making sure orders are packed correctly,



and ensuring they are dispatched and reach customers on time. Since we’re a current brand, there will also be an element of setting up and organising the production workflow as we grow.

I’m looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable communicating with manufacturers and managing multiple moving parts. Ideally, someone who has previous experience in fashion/apparel production and understands the end-to-end garment production process.
