Role Description The Fashion Designer role at MS INDIA SOURCING is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Fashion

Designer will develop seasonal collections and individual styles for apparel and accessories, creating detailed sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications. Daily responsibilities include selecting fabrics and trims, working closely with textile and embroidery teams, and ensuring proper garment fitting and construction. The role involves collaborating with sourcing, production, and merchandising teams to align designs with client requirements, price points, and timelines.

The Fashion

Designer will also research trends, colors,



and materials, prepare samples and mood boards, and participate in reviews to refine designs for bulk production.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion concepts, including trend research and collection development.
- Proficiency with Textiles, including fabric types, properties, and suitability for various product categories.
- Hands-on experience with Embroidery techniques and embellishments for apparel and accessories.
- Expertise in Fitting, garment construction, and translating designs into accurate patterns and samples.
- Ability to use design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) for technical sketches and presentation boards.
- Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and collaboration with sourcing and production teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field; prior experience in export or manufacturing setups is an advantage.
