Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop innovative designs for women's wear, including embroidered garments, ethnic wear, and handwork pieces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create samples and prototypes.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Utilize creative thinking and trend forecasting skills to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure color coordination and fabric selection align with brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in fashion designing, preferably in womens wear or related fields (embroidery, ethnic wear).
- Strong understanding of Indian silhouettes, fabrics, and textiles.
- Excellent illustration skills using traditional techniques or digital tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; solid communication skills required.
