Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Fashion

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing apparel designs aligned with brand and client requirements across various product categories. Daily tasks include creating design sketches, selecting fabrics and trims, coordinating with production teams, and overseeing fittings to ensure accurate garment construction and quality. The role involves working closely with merchandising and manufacturing teams to translate concepts into commercially viable products,



incorporating embroidery and textile details where needed.

The Fashion

Designer will also stay updated on fashion trends, prepare design presentations, and support sampling and quality checks to ensure consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, with the ability to create innovative yet practical designs for apparel and related merchandise.
- Knowledge of Textiles and Fabrics, including material properties, sourcing considerations, and suitability for different product types.
- Experience with Embroidery techniques and embellishments, and the ability to integrate them effectively into design concepts.
- Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction, including pattern understanding and collaboration with sampling and production teams.
- Relevant educational background in Fashion Design or a related field, with portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and familiarity with fashion trends in both domestic and international markets.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or fashion CAD tools) is an advantage.
