Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our design team in Noida. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and develop garment designs that align with current fashion trends, brand requirements, and production feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop garment collections based on market trends, brand briefs, and customer requirements
- Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and specification sheets for production
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, and prints suitable for each collection




- Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution
- Review and approve fit samples, prototypes, and pre-production samples
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor collections, and market demands
- Coordinate with buyers/clients on design requirements and modifications
- Ensure designs meet quality standards and cost targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field (NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in garment/apparel design, preferably in export/manufacturing setup
- Proficiency in design software (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
