We are looking for a motivated Farm Supervisor who is genuinely interested in gaining hands-on growing experience.

Our high-tech farm grows exotic vegetables using soil-based cultivation and hydroponic systems. The selected candidate will be directly involved in the complete growing cycle, including crop planning, planting, fertigation, crop monitoring, pest and disease management, harvesting, labour supervision, and record-keeping.

We are preparing to expand our farm operations and introduce AI-powered tools for crop monitoring, planning, data collection, and farm management. This is an opportunity to grow with the farm, learn modern agricultural technology, and take on greater responsibility as the operation expands.

Key responsibilities

- Participate directly in day-to-day crop production
- Gain practical experience across the complete crop-growing cycle
- Scout crops regularly for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
- Manage and monitor fertigation and irrigation schedules
- Monitor soil-grown and hydroponic vegetable crops
- Plan daily farm activities and supervise their completion




- Allocate work and coordinate farm labour
- Collect accurate crop, input, harvest, and operational data
- Use digital and AI-assisted farm-management tools as they are introduced
- Identify crop or operational problems and report them promptly
- Maintain farm hygiene, cleanliness, and safe working practices
- Support trials of new crops, growing methods, and technologies

Relocation

Applicants must be able to commute to the farm in Rajanukunte, Yelahanka or be willing to relocate. Employer-supported relocation may be available for the right candidate. After probationary period accommodation will also be provided.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
