Role Description The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Hyderabad facility in an on-site, full-time capacity. This role includes planning and supervising production schedules, ensuring secure and efficient use of equipment, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet output and delivery targets.
The Factory
Manager monitors quality standards, enforces compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and drives continuous improvement in processes and workflows. The role also involves managing factory staff, optimizing resource utilization,
maintaining documentation and reports, and collaborating with senior leadership on operational strategies and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations to maintain product standards, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices.
- Experience in Operations Management to oversee end-to-end factory activities and drive process optimization.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with sound people management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety, environmental regulations, and cGMP or similar compliance frameworks.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or handling hazardous materials is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
