Factory Worker – Location: Rajpura, Punjab Department: Production / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day factory production and manufacturing activities. Operate machinery and equipment after proper training. Load, unload, move and arrange raw materials and finished products.

Assist machine operators and production supervisors as required. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area. Follow production instructions, quality standards and safety procedures. Check products for basic quality issues and report defects immediately.

Handle tools and materials carefully. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned work on time. Maintain discipline, punctuality and valuable workplace practices.

Requirements Previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred but freshers can also apply . Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn machine operation. Responsible, punctual and hardworking. Ability to work as part of a team. Basic understanding of Hindi/Punjabi
