Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin & Facility Manager to oversee the organization’s administrative operations, facilities, workplace management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in hospitality or premium service environments and excellent skills in managing people, vendors, facilities, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall administration and facility operations of the organization.

- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of office/workplace facilities.

- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, pantry, reception and other facility services.

- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

- Monitor AMC, repairs, maintenance schedules, and facility-related contracts.

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, security,



and statutory requirements.

- Manage office infrastructure, seating arrangements, utilities, and general workplace requirements.

- Handle procurement of office and facility-related materials and maintain inventory.

- Supervise facility/admin staff and ensure efficient manpower deployment.

- Monitor service quality and resolve day-to-day facility-related issues promptly.

- Maintain proper documentation, records, MIS reports, and expense tracking.

- Coordinate with internal departments and senior management for administrative requirements.

- Support events, meetings, guest visits, and other organizational activities as required.
