Role Overview

Facility Executive Technical: End-to-End facility operations and management of technical and soft services.

Responsibilities

- Taking care of End-to-End facility operations with managing all technical and soft services.
- Reporting to FM: Sharing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on timely.
- Perform daily walk-through rounds to inspect monitor daily cleaning activities for maintaining Feel Upkeep of entire facility.
- Responsible for handling vendor teams Security, HK and ME team.
- All PPM activities are performed as per 52-week calendar for Maintenance and HK activities following with AMC vendor and complete the PM services 100%
- PO and Invoicing process, and coordinate with all the vendor for timely billing.
- Ensure all checklists, logbooks and registers are checked records regularly updated.
- Pest control, indoor plants, pantry services and cafeteria services to be taken care.




- Ensure all technical and soft services consumables, indent, inventory to be maintained.
- Daily and weekly maintenance activities to be taken care and real time update to the FM
