As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager who can take ownership of our on-ground operations, build and develop frontline teams, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across our kitchens and client locations.

What Will You Own?

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of manpower and facility operations across kitchens and client sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and allocating serving and support staff based on operational requirements.
- Planning manpower deployment, shifts, attendance, replacements, and daily schedules.
- Regularly visiting kitchens to monitor food quality, hygiene, preparation, packing, and dispatch.
- Visiting client locations to oversee deliveries, serving operations, staff performance, and site requirements.
- Ensuring teams consistently follow Frutta’s service, grooming, hygiene, safety, and discipline standards.
- Training, coaching,



and developing frontline employees to improve their performance and support their career growth.
- Identifying operational gaps and taking timely corrective action.
- Working closely with internal teams and client representatives to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Monitoring recurring operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
- Maintaining operational reports and providing regular updates to the management team.

What We Expect From You? We are looking for someone who is:

- Hands-on and operationally robust, with the ability to manage things on the ground.
- Experienced in souring candidates for food service and support
- Experienced in facility management, hospitality, food service, catering, or similar operations.
- A strong people manager who can lead, train, motivate, and develop frontline teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple locations and handling day-to-day operational challenges.
- Strong in communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Customer-focused and committed to maintaining high service standards.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Willing to travel regularly between kitchens and client locations as part of the role.
