- About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales of recent and used construction equipment and expand our global customer base.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute international export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Identify and develop new international markets, customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
3. Generate leads through market research, databases, exhibitions, digital platforms, and industry networks.
4. Manage the complete export sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, dealers, contractors, and equipment buyers.
6. Promote and sell new and used construction equipment across international markets.
7. Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close deals.





- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, logistics, shipping, and order execution.

1. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
3. Maintain accurate sales records, customer pipelines, and regular sales reports.
4. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
5. Develop long-term strategies for increasing the company's global market presence and revenue.
