Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Support Executive with experience in Ocean Export. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely submission of SI, VGM, and Form 13 as per the said cut offs and regular internal coordination related to shipments assigned.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and ensure the timely completion of VGM, Shipping Bill, Form 13, shipment handover, and other documentation processes as per the applicable cut-off timelines to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Knowledge of Odex, MMD3, and Cargoes portals. (Preferred)
- Review and process Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, amendments, and final issuance with shipping lines.
- Coordinate internally with the concerned teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs,



adherence with company software to update the data regularly.

Required Qualifications

- Graduation is a must.
- Experience in Export Custom Clearance and Freight Forwarding.
- Good knowledge of export customs clearance procedures and export operational processes.
- Valuable knowledge of shipping line coordination and export booking procedures.
- Knowledge of SI, VGM, and Form 13 processes.
- Knowledge of Odex, MMD3, and Cargoes portals will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer coordination skills.
