Little Millennium Preschool, Gorakshan Road, Akola is hiring a full-time Experienced Preschool Teacher.

We are a trusted early childhood education brand. We nurture curious, confident and compassionate young learners through our play-based, NEP-aligned Seven Petal Curriculum with strong Montessori-inspired foundations.

We need a teacher who speaks fluent English, has real Montessori and child-care experience, and wants to make a lasting positive impact on children’s early years.

Must-have requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a preschool or pre-primary teacher

Montessori education or training with proven child handling and care skills

Fluent spoken and written English Genuine passion for teaching young children (18 months to 6 years)

Patience, warmth, high energy and strong classroom management

Preferred NTT, ECE or related early childhood certification

First Aid and CPR Experience with mixed-age groups or branded preschool curriculum Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using Montessori methods and the Little Millennium curriculum (practical life, sensorial, language, numbers, shapes, colours, social-emotional skills)





Create and maintain a safe, clean, organised prepared classroom that encourages independence and hands-on exploration Supervise children during individual work, group activities, play, meals, rest and transitions

Ensure constant health, hygiene and safety of every child Observe each child’s development daily, keep simple notes and portfolios, and adapt lessons to individual needs

Communicate clearly with parents in fluent English about progress, behaviour and milestones Guide positive behaviour, teach grace and courtesy, and support children’s emotional well-being

Work as a team with the centre head and other teachers Attend training, staff meetings and school events

Follow all school policies and child-protection standards
