*Designation-Executive - for Client Servicing for Corporate Client

Job Location: Vadodara(Client Site)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management and Retention of Top corporate with Helpdesk if required.

1. Reports on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers to be reviewed if required
2. Cashless and Claims settlement for corporate employees.

4.Endorsement and Enrolment of Member
1. Oversee timely submission of MIS reports
2. Relationship with other department for claims, Preauth and related functions.

7.Employee Benefits and endorsement 8.Regular interaction with the team for any outstanding etc

Experience required:

- Experience:Any Graduation with 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in Helpdesk from TPA company and Health Insurance Industry.

Personal Attributes and Competencies:

- Strong verbal, written, presentation skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
