Corrective and preventive maintenance of process and utility Equipment andmaintaining 90% uptime Operation and maintenance of process and utility equipment.
•
Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper Selection ofspares.
•
To prepare daily report of maintenance of respective department& follow thenecessary instructions given by department head.
•
Knowledge of TPM, 5 WHY Technique in analyzing root causes.•
6+O33- Maintenance of WTP, ETP and WWRTP plants.•
7- Responsible for making and executing PM schedule for all process Utilityequipment.
•
8- Responsible for maintaining critical Spare List for process and Utilityequipment.
•
9- Responsible for housekeeping in Utility area.•
10- 100% safety compliance IN WORKING AREA.•
11- Maintaining daily logbook/ records/documents relates to Maintenance
