Role & responsibilities

- Support sales and business development activities for Alloy Steel products.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate for suitable product solutions.

- Conduct market analysis and support sales planning.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality and other internal teams to meet customer requirements.

- Support customer visits, enquiries, quotations and order follow-up.

- Identify current business opportunities and contribute towards achievement of sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgy/Metallurgical Engineering with MBA/PGDM in Marketing.

- 13 years of experience in Marketing, Technical Sales, Business Development or Steel/Alloy Steel industry.

- Strong understanding of Alloy Steel products and metallurgical concepts.

- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

- Result-oriented with a strong focus on sales growth and business development.
