We are looking for a Finance Executive with 2-4 years of experience to manage day-to-day finance activities, cash flow, fund flow, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting and be comfortable working with Excel and financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly cash flow statements .
- Prepare fund flow statements and track movement of funds.
- Monitor cash and bank balances and ensure sufficient funds are available.
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Track receivables and payables and support working capital management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment and collection requirements.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor banking transactions.
- Analyze financial data and highlight significant variances to management.
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.
