Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – Billing to manage project billing, quantity verification, contractor/subcontractor bills, and related commercial documentation for our residential project at Mahalunge, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and process contractor/subcontractor RA bills and work orders.

Verify quantities as per BOQ, drawings, site measurements, and work executed.

Coordinate with the site engineering and commercial teams for measurements and bill certification.

Check rate analysis, deviations, extra items, deductions, and recoveries.

Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.

Assist in monthly billing, cost monitoring, and budget tracking.

Ensure timely processing of bills and resolve billing discrepancies with contractors.

Support reconciliation of materials, advances, retention, and other commercial deductions.





Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for billing-related matters.

Ensure compliance with company processes, contractual terms, and project documentation requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in billing/commercial functions in residential or real estate projects.

Good knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-off, measurements, and contractor billing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of billing/ERP systems.

Solid analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with site and commercial teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in residential real estate projects, particularly in contractor billing, quantity verification, and project commercial operations, will be preferred
