- The candidate will be responsible for managing, consolidating, and maintaining business data and preparing MIS reports and dashboards.

- The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data using MS Excel, identifying trends and gaps, and providing useful insights.

- The candidate will be responsible for preparing regular business reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for management.

- The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying gaps, and supporting process improvement and standardization.

- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, understanding requirements, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

- The candidate will be responsible for converting data and process observations into practical business insights and recommendations.

- The candidate will be responsible for supporting Business Excellence projects, including documentation, tracking, coordination, and implementation.





- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across various business functions.

Preferred Candidate profile

- Graduate with 23 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence, MIS, Business Analytics, or similar roles.

- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, MIS, and reporting.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify trends and gaps.

- Experience in process improvement, process standardization, or project coordination will be preferred.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, or related field will be an advantage.

- Pharma/Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
