Skill Enable is the company behind Academy of Vedic Vidya — one of the world's leading education platforms in Vedic sciences — and Treasure of Veda

, our rapid-growing spiritual D2C brand. We're now scaling Treasure of Veda aggressively and building multiple new consumer brands from the ground up.

We're looking for a sharp, high-energy Executive Assistant who wants a front-row seat (and hands-on role) in building D2C brands from zero to scale.

This isn't a traditional EA role.

You won't just be managing calendars — you'll be embedded in the Founder's day-to-day decision-making, working across brand building, operations, and growth.

What You'll Do

- Act as the Founder's right hand — managing priorities, schedules, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support product research, sourcing, branding, pricing, and brand launches
- Coordinate across marketing, creative, operations, and e-commerce teams to keep projects moving
- Research consumer trends, competitors,



and new business opportunities
- Track key business metrics and flag areas for growth or concern
- Own special projects end-to-end and drive fast execution
- Jump in wherever needed — problem-solving is the job

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, low-structure environment
- Genuinely interested in D2C, e-commerce, and startups
