LIONBRIDGEEXECUTIVE ACCOUNTS CUSTOMER BILLING AND REVENUE RECOGNITION

Position Summary

Assist in managing projects withinaccount or customer division with the support of a direct supervisor. Ensuretimely delivery of services and execution of tasks within expectedquality. Ensure high satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.

WhatYou Will Do

Responsiblefor finance review and approval of customer invoicing, approx. 1000 per month,through our on-line invoicing system.

Liaise with Project Managers, Sales and Finance to ensure invoicing iscreated correctly.

Responsible for distributing invoicing according to customer needs, includingentering invoices into various customer invoicing web sites, and meetingcustomer deadlines.

Researchand resolve internal and external stakeholder inquiries on a timely basis.

Reviewing projects and certifying revenue on a monthly basis to our strictdeadline under US GAAP rules.

Assistingthe finance team in various ad-hoc projects

Systems In houseproduction software (in which customer invoices are created)

Accounting software package CODA.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, in particularexcel.

ToBe Successful You Will Have

Experienced(min 2 years) Accountant Executive

Experiencein SSC environment would be helpful

AdvancedBusiness English and good communication skills

Strongattention to detail and accuracy is necessary

Knowledgeof general office administration and procedures.

Peopleskills will be the key criteria in judging candidate.

Provenability to work independently,



as well as working as part of a team

Flexibleindividual with good interpersonal skills.
