Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Event Production and Operations for IPs professional. The role involves managing the planning and execution of IP-based events, including coordinating timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and on-ground operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting concept development, creating production schedules, organizing resources, and ensuring events run smoothly from setup to teardown.

The candidate will oversee budgeting and basic cost tracking, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.



The role also includes monitoring performance during live events, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to post-event reporting and improvement plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience in coordinating end-to-end event lifecycles.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Event Production expertise, including vendor coordination, technical setups, and on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess practical Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, tracking, and basic financial oversight for events.
- Relevant experience in live events, experiential marketing, or IP-based properties is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions are important.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A bachelor’s degree in event management, media, communications, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
