Role: Executive – Event Operations & MIS

Department: Event Operations

Location: Mumbai based candidates preffered- No Virtual Interviews

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain event-wise Excel sheets for sales elements, requirements, quantities, costs and status.
- Manage and update event MIS reports, trackers and costing sheets using advanced Excel.
- Coordinate purchase requirements for events, including vendor quotations, comparisons, purchase orders and delivery tracking.
- Maintain records of event-related purchases, expenses and invoices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ticket bookings for employees, speakers, clients and event teams.
- Maintain travel and accommodation trackers with complete event-wise details.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, travel agencies and internal teams for timely execution.
- Track event materials, branding elements, gifts, collaterals and other operational requirements.
- Prepare costing, budget and reconciliation sheets and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams on pending requirements and deliveries.




- Support the operations team in planning and executing events across locations.
- Ensure all event-related data and documentation is properly maintained and updated.

Skills Required
- Excellent / Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting and data management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of purchase, vendor coordination and event logistics.
- Experience with travel booking and ticketing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in an event management company, agency or similar operations environment preferred.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in Event Operations, MIS, Purchase, Logistics or a similar role.
