We are looking for an energetic and responsible Event Executive / Event Coordinator to join our event company.

The candidate should be able to plan, coordinate and execute events smoothly. Prior experience or knowledge of event management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Event planning and execution from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators and other teams
- Manage event setup and on-site arrangements
- Coordinate manpower and ensure timely completion of work
- Handle event-related requirements and solve on-site issues
- Ensure smooth execution of events as per client requirements
- Assist in quotations, planning and other event-related work

Requirements:

- Prior experience in event management is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Should be responsible, active and willing to work in office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks during events
- Knowledge of event setup, decoration, catering or tent-related work will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel to different event locations as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
