Role Description The Event Management Intern will support the planning and coordination of events from concept through post-event follow-up in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, preparing schedules and checklists, coordinating with vendors and partners, and helping manage digital documentation and communication.

The intern will contribute to marketing activities such as drafting promotional content, supporting social media campaigns, and conducting basic market research. Additional tasks may include attending virtual client meetings,



supporting internal training sessions, preparing reports, and maintaining project trackers. This role offers hands-on exposure to event management processes and collaboration with cross-functional team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to assist with organizing timelines, logistics, and on-the-day coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn quickly, follow guidance, and support internal knowledge-sharing activities.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to help with promotional campaigns, social media initiatives, and basic research on target audiences.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, and a demonstrated interest in the events industry.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
