Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused EUC Engineer to manage and support end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

The role involves providing end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Manage and support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Group Policy (GPO).
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Manage endpoint security solutions including antivirus, BitLocker, and endpoint protection.
- Support and troubleshoot VPN, remote access, Citrix, and VDI environments.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and IT asset management.
- Work with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms for incident, problem, and change management.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, ITIL, and service management processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.




- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive end-user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in EUC, End User Computing, Desktop Support, or a similar IT support role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Microsoft 365 and Office applications
- Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Group Policy (GPO)
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and basic networking
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management.
- Experience with remote support and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.

Preferred Skills
- Microsoft certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator or equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI
- PowerShell scripting
- Endpoint security and compliance tools
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
